The policies associated with the Coach CONNECT Summit are below:

REFUND and CANCELLATION

Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the Coach CONNECT Summit must be canceled, registrants will be notified of the cancellation no less than one week prior to the scheduled start date, unless a shorter period is necessitated due to an emergency, and registrants will be granted a full refund or may choose to register for an alternative date.

Refunds: Refunds are not possible for registration fees. If circumstances prevent you from attending the summit in-person and you would like to switch to the virtual attendance, please let us know at least 72 hours before the date of the summit. If circumstances prevent you from participating in an in-person or virtual session for which you have registered, the full summit will be available for online viewing approximately 2 weeks after the event and you will still be eligible for the continuing education opportunity. If you have not received information regarding the online viewing opportunity by November 1, 2026, please contact us at coachconnectsummit@gmail.com.

PAYMENT METHOD

Unless otherwise stated in the course description, you will be connected to either PayPal or Stripe to complete your registration. All major credit cards are accepted.

NONDISCRIMINATION POLICY

AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT (ADA) POLICY

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) prohibits discrimination against people with disabilities in employment, transportation, public accommodation, communications, and governmental activities. Coach CONNECT Summit, will consider all reasonable accommodation requests and will provide reasonable accommodation to persons otherwise qualified, inasmuch as the reasonable accommodation does not constitute an undue burden or fundamental alteration for implementation.

Coach CONNECT Summit will use your information to respond to you, regarding the Coach CONNECT Summit. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request or to connect you to our third party training and payment platforms. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new events, products, or services, or changes to this privacy policy. Our site may, from time to time, contain links to and from our third party payment and training platforms, ReadySetCoach, ContinuingEdforCoachesandCounselors, PayPal, Strip and WIX or their subsidiaries and group companies, for access to on-demand continuing education training materials and online payment. Please note that third party partners have their own privacy policies and have taken numerous steps to ensure that personal data is processed confidentially, accurately and securely; however, Coach Connect Summit and Barnabas Professional Education do not accept any responsibility or liability for those policies. You may check ContinuingEdforCoachesand Counselors, PayPal, Stripe and/or WIX policies before submitting any personal data.

SAFETY SECURITY

Coach CONNECT Summit and Barnabas Professional Education take precautions to protect your information. For payment purposes and access to training materials we have partnered with PayPal, Stripe, WIX and ContinuingEdforCoachesandCounselors.com online learning platform. When you submit sensitive information (such as credit card data), these third party platforms have implemented encryption and transmittal procedures intended to protect your information both online and offline. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the Web page.
